RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

https://minstore.in (“minstore”) is a web portal, owned and operated by M/s Min-Zharge India and Energy Private Limited, (“Company/ We/ Us/ Our”) a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 11/2, 20A, Periyakollapatty, Kannankurichi post, Salem 636008. operating under the trademarked name “minstore – spare parts expert” is an online marketplace for automotive spare parts.
We believe in easy returns, cancellations and/ or refunds to any natural or legal person (“Customer/ Consumer/ User/ You/ Your”) interested in buying products and or services listed on the web portal and our mobile application “minstore – spare parts expert (singly known as “platform” and collectively as “platforms”). To facilitate such flexibility, this Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of any of our platform(s).
This policy governs the use and access of the web portal and our mobile application “minstore”.

2. Contractual Relationship
This policy constitutes a legally binding and enforceable agreement between the Company and the User(s) interested in buying products and or services (“Services”) on our platforms. It shall expressly supersede prior written agreements with you.

3. Acceptance
Minstore provides a platform(s) for its customer(s) to search for required products and services, subject to this policy. By using the platform(s) in any way, you agree to be bound by this policy. Furthermore, when purchasing any product(s) and or service(s), you agree to abide by all applicable guidelines and policy(s), which are subject to change from time to time and without any prior intimation. In case you do not agree to this policy, you may not use or access or stop your use or access to our platform(s). You are requested to read and understand this policy before accessing or using the platform(s).
You hereby represent that you are eighteen (18) years of age or above (“legal age”) and are fully able and competent to understand and agree to the Terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties outlined in this policy and to abide by and comply with the terms stated therein. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may use the platform(s) only with the involvement of an adult, whether parents, guardians or any other person of or above the legal age.
If you are using the platform(s) on behalf of an Organisation/ Company, you agree to this policy on behalf of that Organisation/ Company and you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the Organisation/ Company.
Should you object to this policy, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with minstore in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue the use of our platform(s). You are, however, encouraged to inform our support team here, who shall endeavour to address your concerns.
Most items purchased on our platforms(s) are returnable within a 10 calendar day period (known as “return window”) except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
Applicable products and services may be returnable within the applicable return window of 2 calendar day if you have received them in a condition that is either physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective and or different from their description mentioned on the product detail page of our platform(s).
Returns for non-compatible item(s) may be accepted if the items are unused and in their original condition. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the compatibility and applicability of products before making a purchase.

4. General Terms and conditions of returns
Returns shall be subject to the following terms & conditions:
That the return request is raised that qualifies under the returnable category;
That the request for return is raised within the return window;
That the product(s) are returned in its original condition along with its original packaging box with MRP tag/ sticker/ label intact and not tampered with, user manual, warranty card and all accessories therein and with no signs of use, attempts of installation, damage, scratches, grease, dents etc.;
That the product(s) were not damaged while in your possession;
That the product(s) are not different from what was/ were shipped to you;
That in case of products received damaged, the return request must be raised within 1 calendar day from the date of delivery, along with the unboxing video and images of the part which clearly shows the damage, its original packaging and the outer shipping box from different angles and clearly showing the shipping label.
Product(s) marked as non-returnable or on the platform(s) product detail page cannot be returned. Certain products are categorized as non-returnable due to their nature, usage or other practical consideration. This includes following product classes:

brake fluid, expansion valves (air conditioning), wiper blades, compressor sub-parts, air dryer cartridges (compressed-air systems), fuel supply modules, fuel pumps, solenoid switches (starter), ignition coils, fuses, fuse boxes, switches, control switches (cruise control), speed/RPM sensors, complete engines, resistors, harnesses, bulbs, control units, sensors, electromagnetic coils, alternator rectifiers, steering column switches, regulators, battery chargers, radio/navigation systems, amplifiers, electric motors, additives, pressure switches, lubricant oils, relays, back-up cameras, park assist sensors, injectors, injection pumps, lambda sensors, actuators, catalytic converter manifolds, stickers, wiper blade sets, coolants, air conditioners, HVAC systems, printed circuit boards, transmission fluids, scratch/dust removers, car body covers, universal bulbs, air fresheners, universal relays, universal amplifiers, universal fuses, universal stickers, engine oils, compressor oils, auxiliary bulbs, GPS tracking devices, LED bulbs, speakers, universal speakers, and universal switches.
If you’ve received a defective non-returnable product, you may contact us within 1 calendar day from the date of delivery of the product.
No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy;
Customer(s) can initiate the return from the “my order” section on any platform(s);
Product(s) that fulfil the conditions of return are eligible for free returns only;
Customer(s) shall check the shipment for any physical damage and, if any found, mention this on the POD (Proof of Delivery) documents of the logistics carrier;
We recommend taking photos of the packages received and shooting an unpacking video of the product. In case of any problem with the product share it with us using the support@minzharge.com
In case of a return, it is required for the customer to shoot a video while repacking the part(s);
While returning the package, the customer should make sure that the products are repacked properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit. In case of damage during reverse transit, minstore shall not be liable for any refund returns whatsoever.; minstore shall consider the condition of the part(s) as received at their warehouse.
In case of a manufacturing defect/ items fault claim, the customer(s) shall get the part inspected at a brand-authorised service centre & get an inspection report document for further investigation;
The final decision regarding manufacturing defect/ items fault claim be taken by minstore & the supplier;
Depending on the route and logistics services provider delivery time may vary. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item;
If you are self-shipping an item that costs more than ₹500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or/and purchasing shipping insurance; In this case, we shall not be held responsible if we do not receive the package from you.
Shipping and gateway charges commission are not subject to refund. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from the amount refundable to you;
If your return claim is rejected, we will send back the product(s), on the customer’s request or scrap it after 30 days of keeping it in stock. The customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.

5. General Terms and conditions of Refund
Once we are notified about your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of the return, as the case may be, our quality check team shall inspect the product and approve or reject the refund.
The refund shall only be issued to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the products at our facility.
Refunds cannot be processed to any third-party accounts or in cash or kind, under any circumstances.
It usually takes up to 5 to 7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank.

6. Shipping cost & Service Charge
Forward Shipping costs and convenience fees applied to the order shall not be refunded in any case, other than those mentioned herein below –
The part of the package delivered is in a damaged condition and the customer has acted on such instance as per the various terms & conditions of their policy;
The part is defective;
The part is shown as compatible with the vehicle on the platform however it is not and it is determined that the catalogue on the platform has mistake(s).
The order was cancelled before it was shipped by the company;
The order, part and or package is either undelivered or lost in transit due to service limitation of the logistics service provider. This does not include incorrect address and/or contact information shared by the customer.
In cases where the company is unable to arrange the pickup of the returned items through its designated logistics service provider, the company may request the customer to self-ship the returned products from the registered post i.e. India Post only.
The incurred shipping charges shall be refunded subject to the availability of a registered courier receipt.
Servicing of vehicle and spare changes cost is purely depends on the vehicle condition.

7. General Terms & Conditions of Cancellation
Users may cancel an order before the order has been shipped by the company, the company may accept the cancellation and refund the amount to the user(s). However, the company may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.
Users may opt for cancellation in case of backorder or delay in the estimated delivery time of the order and the company may process the refund, which will be credited back to the original payment method within 2 business day in case of payment via PayTm gateway or 5-6 business days in case of payment via Razorpay.
